When Rusty’s brother, Todd, found a stretch of land for sale in Mason County — a stone’s throw from where the brothers were raised — it felt like fate. When they visited the property, surrounded by the rolling hills of rural Kentucky, their dream grew into a larger vision: a countryside retreat that celebrates family, community, and the beauty of Mason County.
Today, Mt. Lawley Farms spans 84 scenic acres rooted in connection, heritage and the joy of bringing people together, a place shaped by Kentucky hospitality and the timeless feeling of coming home.
Today, the property includes orchards, 10 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, a lake and 6200 square-foot Farmhouse, thoughtfully renovated from the Amish-built original. Attached to the Farmhouse, the sun-filled, 3,300-square-foot Thomas Event Center was built to hold laughter, dancing and stories worth retelling.
